Great whole in the wall shop with great products and local baked goods.

One of my go to spots in town for kombucha and other harder to get goods. It is a little expensive but the employees are super nice and the selection is high quality.

Nice big store with lots of selection. Also has a great little deli in there where you can meet nearly any dietary restriction.

Ouch. Some of the meat is the freezer does not look fresh. I think due to the high prices and people not buying it. I noticed some packs of homestead meats In the freezer which looked to have been sitting there about a year or 2. Completely brown and freezer burned. So many cows out here but no local meat or dairy brands or shops. I wish there were some cuts of local meats, eggs, milk.

We were visiting a friend in Colorado. She suggested the Cafe. I was elated to see their menu. Since I eat a whole food plant based diet, it is often difficult to find fitting selections. But here it was difficult to pick which wonderful selection since many were appealing. We got carry out for a picnic at Black Canyon of the Gunnison for my birthday. The vegan breakfast burrito was great. On our way out of town and back to Texas, we stopped and got lunch to go! The vegan breakfast sandwich was great too. Both are served with a free cup of hot tea and I got chai both times. My husband enjoyed the vegetarian bahn mi and my sister in law had lots of meat on her gyro. Wish the Cafe was not two days drive away for us. There are more dishes we want to try!
