We were freezing after a long ride and ah aman what hospitality, what delicious food. One must not miss in this place in any condition.
When it came to satisfying our hunger pangs, The 4Tables Cafe left no stone unturned in treating us right. From a wholesome and delicious mushroom pasta garnished with homegrown spices and veggies, fresh out of Frank’s very own garden and breakfast spreads which still occupy a special place in my dreams, one cannot miss devouring the scrumptious food, made with tons of love, at the 4Tables Cafe. If a monarch were to visit the cafe, the service that he/she would receive would make him/her want to do things a little differently back in his/her own palace! Because, that is how brilliant the service is and Frank plays the perfect host! The cafe is a canvas in its own right with abstract art occupying much of the space on the walls. A beautiful tandoor carved into a stone sits pretty at the entrance where Frank will greet and welcome you into his little haven up in the hills. From the bamboo shaded lights to the countless posters of legendary musicians, the space is designed to allow you to take in the essence of art, at its ethnic best.
We were visiting 4Tables Cafè and Art Gallery coz it was recommended by the guys at Hipostel and wow what a café. The drive towards the café is scenic and goes through the village and a small hill. Once we reached there we were amazed by how beautifully the café is designed. 4Tables supports for art like photography and handicrafts which is an added benefit to their cozy food. The view is lovely from the café and so is the art put up by various artists. Coming to food we ordered for a Tagliatelle in Tomato and Basil sauce and another in Cream and Cheese along with a cappuccino. The cappuccino was frothy and perfect for the cold weather and the pastas were soo good that we left the plates cleaned. Do visit and spend time with the owners and look at their art gallery. Worth every penny.
Well one of my friend took me there and we have asked for coffee. It took few minutes to get ready three cups of fresh coffee. It was drizzling outside and inside the cafe we were having hot coffee.
