Low Tide Kava - Gulfport

The community (especially the n variety) is refreshing and so are the drinks! You have good kava and coffee. I'm going here to draw, play and cool games. Good internet too.

A staple in the St Pete kava/kratom world. Prices are great and kratom good. Seems to have a lot of regulars and is almost always crowded. Cool place to hang out if you are part of that community.

I don't come to Gulfport too often but Low Tide was the first place I tried kava probably 5 years ago or so. I walked in to learn about it and they gave me a free shell cause it was my first time. I've found kava to be a nice alternative to drinking when I need a break from boozin. Nice first impression of the kava community!

Got the single shot red kratom tea with sweetener and it was DISGUSTING. SOOO gross. If you want to know the flavor, think of just chewing on a tylenol. It tastes like tea that was made with your saliva after chewing on pills. Absolutely gross. I ended up just chasing it with a coke and it wasn't that bad. I liked the feeling though so overall I'm happy. And it shouldn't be too easy to get high anyway. The vibes there weren't great btw, lots of crunchy White men.

I have been to plenty of Kava shops and this one is definitely ranking in my top five for sure. They had live music and games to play. The kids had fun running around and listening to the music, there was no ending of things for the kids to do really and that's a major selling point for me! The drinks were delicious and good strength, I tried both the kava and kratom and can attest to each being a great choice. I will definitely be back to enjoy another weekend evening or afternoon and I love the spot, the people were great and the prices are competitive in comparison to other companies.
