Well... where to start AMBIANCE: The terrace is well positioned, but the restaurant is not really connected with the atmosphere SERVICE: 30 minutes waiting to take would be just drinks. Food has nothing fresh and is desolating in such a place. A lack of professionalism that breaks records, including non-respect of the wearing of the mask inside. HYGIENE: we see a kitchen with a pitiful state (and we haven't seen everything) When we pay, we see the chef cook drinking a beer in the kitchen during the super pro "close" in the toilet (very neglected) we can hear the very professional conversations of employees (ironique) The client is not supposed to hear your bet disputes By eating, you can see the employees and the boss smoking cigarettes near the customers (better) The price policy must be reviewed, it is far too high compared to the quality of the plates served Very honestly I recommend that you question yourself, there is a complete training to resume. Maybe delete dishes on your card, and focus on some. Being Corsican does not give you the right to neglect customers or the place on which your restaurant is located!
Very friendly staff and excellent service. The food was unfortunately not as good and I had to pay the most expensive price for a beer of my life. Originally posted on the restaurant page the 3 frangins but apparently it changes name regularly to avoid criticism.. To escape. Interminable hold to order then to be served (about 1h). Unpleasant service and bad faith. But it's not just that... Pizza straight out of the freezer with raw ham added above to hide the misery. An Italian restaurant that serves frozen pizzas: the comble! Not to mention the boss who smokes in the middle of the customers, the forgotten hygiene rules and the exorbitant price in view of quality. Probably the worst restaurant I visited.
Even if the restaurant has changed its name (the 3 frangins) it's bad.
