4 20 Blackbirds - Guilford

I discovered this amazing bakery yesterday while I was picking up a garment at Express Cleaners Tailors in Guilford. I decided to order a blueberry muffin, and wow, it was incredible! The muffin was filled with large, juicy blueberries, with just the right amount of sweetness—not overly sugary like so many baked goods these days. It reminded me of the muffins my grandmother used to bake, but even more delicious without being cloyingly sweet. The coffee was excellent as well. I can't wait to return to Guilford and try more of their delightful offerings. I absolutely loved it!

I've been enjoying their baked goods for over a decade, and I can honestly say I've never had anything less than an exceptional experience. Even when I got a last-minute cake that wasn't what I wanted and looked a bit unusual, everyone at the party raved, saying, “This is amazing!” I plan my Fridays around getting their fresh leek and black pepper biscuits—I even set an alarm on my phone for it. They're simply the best!

I walked in on Valentine's Day and struck gold! They had a beautiful heart-shaped cake that looked incredible. The best part? It tasted fantastic! The only downside was that I didn't get the larger one. #supportlocal
