Yesterday was my first time ordering pizza from Carpanzon's Restaurant. It was EXCELLENT in my opinion. 2 photos attached.

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat parking, flat sidewalk and flat entrance.

The food is good, when you actually get it. Today's experience will be my last. We called in an order 1 large and 1 small pizza. I was told 45 minutes. I showed up about the 45 minute mark and was told it would be 8 more minutes. I stood around for 20 minutes, chatting with the other patrons (they also think the service is terrible). I was then asked what I ordered and was told it would be 8 more minutes….. crazy, right? I told them that I already heard that one and the lady walked to the back to speak to the owner. The owner looked up at me from the kitchen and just went back to work. 20 minutes later they again ask me what I ordered *eye roll*. I tell them again. The lady goes to the back and come out to tell me they lost the ticket. I then asked for a refund, which they gave. Not one apology was given. I’m done. I called Naples and 20 minutes later I had my food. Please just do yourself a favor and bypass Carpanzanos.
