The Rodboro Buildings - Guildford

We came here today and Mellisa greeted us and cleared the table from the previous sitting. From beginning to end she gave 1st class service and couldn’t do enough for us. It was very busy but she offered to get us our sauces (which we politely declined as we could see she was run off her feet) she came back in good time to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything else. She was so polite and friendly and just amazing. She is an absolute credit to your team at Guildford and the company!

Dropped in for a couple of drinks after a Sunday morning shopping trip in Guildford. The place was VERY busy, with many families enjoying brunch or an early lunch. We had just drinks (coffee and soft drink followed by beers before lunch elsewhere). The window seats give you a great view of the hustle and bustle outside. Good Wetherspoons.

Of all the Weatherspoons we’ve visited Guildford always comes bottom when it comes to the cooked breakfast, plates are cold, breakfasts are luke warm and tasteless. They should take lessons from the Havant one (always excellent).

Stopped in here for lunch on the wknd, was a hot busy Sat but was lovely and cool with the AC on. Ordered food and drinks on the app, drinks arrived in just a few minutes, and food only about ten mins later. Everything was fine..

Went to Wetherspoons in Guildford this evening around 5:30. Please note there was no one on the door checking ID’s as it was still early. I was with two friends, we just popped in to use the toilet and say hello to some friends already in there. I walked upstairs where a staff member asked for ID which I had left in the car (as not drinking) she glared at me and told me to get out. I explained I just needed the toilet and there was no one on the door checking IDs. She rudely told me to get out whilst I said again I just need the toilet I don’t have a drink I’ll be less than 5 mins. She rolled her eyes. As I walked out the toilet she was waiting for us and again told us to get out as we where going to leave! Then followed us out to make sure we left staring us down the whole way. My friends who where in there where also kicked out by the same woman early the same night. Cheer up luv I just needed a wee.
