Kfc - Guildford

We ordered the four piece meal deal and four piece boneless meal deal as a takeaway. The boneless was good but the four chicken pieces were overcooked and tasteless.

I only ordered a few items at this restaurant, but they still managed to forget a key part of my order- a fillet burger. It should be a simple task! What was most frustrating, however, was the unfriendly attitude of the man serving us (Saturday afternoon, maybe he should not be in the front of house). He was more focused on hurrying us to collect our order, rather than providing good customer service. Even when we tried to call to find our order number, the phone line would not connect. When we contacted the Friary store for a different number on High St, we were informed that they do not have a working phone and do not have an alternative number. It would have required another trip to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable. It seems like they may be purposely leaving out items (to save money) given the number of similar complaints.

The order arrived quickly, but half of it was missing and the food that did arrive was cold. I was unable to contact KFC to resolve the issue. I may receive a refund in a few days, but I am very disappointed with KFC.

The restaurant was locked when I arrived, with no one inside. After knocking, a man in a very dirty and stained uniform opened the door about eight minutes later. His body language indicated that he found me bothersome. Unbelievable! As a paying customer, I should not be treated like that. Additionally, the chicken I ordered was undercooked.

I went there for Tuesday deal. The sign says Only allowed inside I waited outside as there was no one inside. The door was locked. Some guy came and opened the door. No greetings. I ordered and waited. Took the order with me to...my hotel. Opened it up, the chicken tasted like some leftover from the previous night was reheated and given to us. Not all, but some!
