Here based on these reviews, we were taken back from the stone recipe to our request to see the menu. when we had decided against better judgment, we were told that we could take all the two tables down which seemed somewhat restrictive. because none of the larger tables were occupied. the decor is quirky and a conversation piece, but the layout is bad. we waited a bit too long to be asked about our order when they were chatting waitresses. another customer soon stepped down and called a terrace. we asked about it and were finally told that it was room enough. what a joy. suddenly we understood why the place was popular! most employees were friendly enough, but urgently need training to be more upbeat and professional at table service. the breakfast was very good and we were thrilled by eating. the selection of tees was also rare and fascinating.

We found this place when shopping and it is really beautifully decorated. had hot chocolate and cake free baked and full of taste. the personal was not so friendly and 5 of them stood on the back and talked most of the time. We had to...to order / ask for bill that they do not expect when it is table service. would have been a 5-star review if it wasn't for this!

Guilford on a busy Saturday, discovered this jewel of a caffe by chance. We sat upstairs, great, coffee and cake and so a beautiful place.

Beautiful coffee and homemade cakes, good size servings, both sevilla and pistachio cakes were excellent.

Such a lovely coffee shop. We stumbled across it and had a lovely coffee, cake and croissant on the terrace. We had no idea there was a terrace upstairs, nice decor and almost felt like we were in a continental bar. We'll definitely be back.
