Jimmy John's - Guilderland

Had to give jimmy John?s a second chance because my friend kept insisting it was a quality sub spot. The first time around I wasn?t impressed but this time however was different. I got the tuna salad subb and I gotta say it was absolutely delicious. Thecashier and workers this time were much friendlier and even joked and smiled with me. I like how their ice machine dispenses aslushy consistency, that was a cool addition to and excellent subb. it is more expensive than other sub spots, but the qualityof ingredients makes it worth it. P.s one of the owners was there and the guy was really cool and friendly. Keep up the goodwork!

No worries, the Redditor admitted their post was fake news and they picked a random location to write about to protect their identity. So do not send this place any hate. They close at 9pm and the Redditor says they close at 1am, so it's clearlyfabricated. This is a great place to work at and get food at and this business deserves the world so nobody should come afterthem

I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for a long time on my lunch break. The food is excellent! And up until recently the service was also excellent. I’m not sure what happened (I totally get that they could just be short staffed or have newer employees I worked in fast food so I have empathy if that’s simply the case) but this location used to run like a well oiled machine but it isn’t lately. I would order as I left work and it would be ready by the time I drove there (5 10min) but lately I’ve been waiting 15 20 minutes or more for orders and notice a huge line backing up. Also, when I customize the sandwich and add bacon for example it’s like a 50/50 whether I’ll get what I ordered.Only reason I’m giving this feedback is because I like this place and I want to see it do well. It could also just be busier than usual! Not knocking the employees it’s just constructive criticism for the management, who are ultimately accountable for their staff.

This is one of the biggest Jimmy John's I've ever been in. One of my favorite sandwich places, service is always quick and the sandwiches are great! My go to is the beach club, but there are many great options and customizations.

My sandwich was delicious. The staff were friendly and inviting. I wish I lived within delivery distance.
