My wife and I visited the restaurant Medium on 03.05.2013 at 8 p.m. At that time two more guests were present in the evening, then two more couples came. The ambience in the restaurant was good, because of the few guests the sound scene was also very pleasant. We were kindly greeted and accompanied at the table we reserved. We first ordered an aperitif and then chose appetizer and main dish. My wife chose a green salad 7€ as an appetizer, I chose a beard risotto with scallops 16€. The salad was unspectacular except for some already grated leaves and a piece of radish root. My beard risotto with the three scalopps was excellent. As the main course we ordered both lambs from the salt cup for 27€. The lamb back was a bit of a leak from the crowd. I guess the amount of meat per serving is less than 100 grams. It should have been a bit more. As dessert, my wife orders a strawberry rug with ice and I order an egg liqueur parfait with karamalized cucumbers. Both were very irregular and a double part compared to the main shell. We drank a Spanish red wine €44 (Condado de Haza Crianza 2008). The wine was well tempted, but should have been opened directly at the beginning of our visit and not only for starters.

The service manager, the very experienced woman Edith Büdel is very nice, friendly and attentive, the service worker brand (Thessaloniki) and Jonas very touch. Bravo, straight ahead, Chapeau et à la Bonne Heure! The attractive, intelligent and intimidating daughter Lisa (Diplom Medienwirtin) missed us a little in the evening!
