Bidrage med feedbackThank you Bodrum Holiday Resort and Spa for our amazing holidays! Hotel is very clean, child friendly, very nice food. I were in many hotels but I never saw so much food. In every place you can take something to eat. Aqua park was very nice. It’s a nice place for as wel for adults as for children. We spend very beautiful week. Next time I would like to take much longer vacation in this hotel. Very nice personal. Animations and show. Everything was just super. Thank you very much.
Arrived at 2:30 told that our rooms were not ready, had to wait in a stifling hot lobby for 1.5 hours. The rooms they finally showed us were awful and not adjoining as booked. They both had balconies with a view of an overgrown waste ground. One of them was located next to a cleaning cupboard with all of the cleaning stuff on view. We asked to be given new rooms, the Reception staff were less than friendly, however, we persisted and finally given new rooms the next day (still not adjoining). Although dated they were much better with much better views. The Restaurant was fine if you were happy to eat salad and bread every day or were Russian as there was an area allocated to their cuisine. Anything cooked was always cold. The main pool was overcrowded. Noisy and with shameless guests, who thought nothing of invading the little space that you did have eg would literally place their beds alongside the bottom of yours actually touching. They were also rude and would push into any queue that you were in, including going into the lift. The Hotel is on a very large complex and as said before lots of steps and hills. Those with disabilities or babies in pushchairs would find it difficult. The Relax pool at the front of the hotel was much better but the staff at the bar were on the most part indifferent and lazy. Would point out that if you have children at this pool beware as the flooring can become slippery, whilst we were there two young children slipped and both knocked their front teeth out. It is easy to get into Bodrum town by taxi and not expensive and well worth a visit. I did enjoy my holiday with my family but would not choose to go to that hotel again. I would rate it as a 3 star
Absolutely beautiful with very kind staff who helped us settle after a rocky start. The food is amazing, they have lots of entertainment at night and when that's finished the have a song or 2 for the kids to enjoy, you can also sometimes see some (clean and freindly) stray cats. The view from the rooms in this hotel is beautiful and they have a large waterpark which is very popular with the kids and they have a food stand next to it. I fell in love with the kebabs down the south end of the park, it has a lovely view at the docks and you can even go paragliding (not sure if that's free) They also have a gym. The pools are nice and relaxing and seem to be very underrated.
A lovely resort. The rooms were clean but very basic. The staff were friendly but didn't speak much English, the location is good, its built on a hill and is very big get ready for some long walks around the resort. Buses and taxi rang is right outside the hotel so links to the bazaar are very good.
Beautiful Location, The Greenery and flowers around all the paths adds to the very positive feeling of the place. The pools being at our doorstep incase we needed a cool off was also very helpful for a British man trying to survive the Turkish heat. The Slides at the aqua park were very fun to go on and the bars were very connivant Being one almost everywhere you needed to be. The rooms are spacious with very good AC but the beds and sheets are very uncomfortable and feel like they are scratching at your skin whenever you move. The views of the sea from the Rooms are amazing especially during sunset watching the sun pass behind the hills looks like your a part of a movie. The food is great, giving us a taste of some Turkish foods but also having the choice of other foods more commonly found in more western nations like the UK.
