Breakfast is a must! My husband highly recommends the breakfast poutine! French toast is stacked high and stuff with deliciousness .... try out you will not be disappointed!

Zest has now become my favourite breakfast haunt. Not only are the portions enough to keeping you going all morning, the prices are very reasonable and the family owned atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to start your day. I look forward to trying a number of options on both the breakfast and lunch menus.

Was great very large portion big enuff to take half to work for my dinner, i work afternoons. have always been greeted and taken care of in a great manner and never without a smile. The way you imagine a "Mom and Pop" dinner would be. It has that type of atomsphere. will i go again without a doubt im a converted regular. thank you

Searched trip advisor for nearby restaurants open for breakfast, and chose this one due to good reviews.Friendly prompt service, nothing fancy but clean & pleasant decor. Ordered a mushroom & cheese omelette which came with fried or roasted potato chunks, toast, and watermelon wedges.I was thoroughly impressed with everything. Obviously everything was freshly cooked to order.The omelette, one of the best I've had, was light, 3-4 inches thick with fresh sliced and perfectly cooked mushrooms, firm, not mushy and just the right amount of cheese. I chose brown toast and was pleasantly surprised to see it was homemade bread.While I could happily return tomorrow for the same breakfast again, I'm looking forward to returning soon and trying other menu selections.
