Bidrage med feedbackI am a fan of Subway, but unfortunately, my experiences at this particular location have not been the best. While some employees are friendly, others do not even greet you when you approach to order. This lack of warmth makes the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. On one occasion, I was served a moldy flatbread and had to request a different type of bread. The new bread provided was also visibly moldy, but the staff member preparing my sub did not take the initiative to replace it. It is concerning to think that I may have been served the moldy bread if I had not spoken up. Improved customer service and better hygiene practices at this establishment would greatly enhance the overall experience.
I made an error when ordering and requested that they remake my sandwich without toasting it. The restaurant staff insisted that I pay for the original sandwich, even though it had not been completed yet. I felt like they were placing blame on me, despite the fact that I simply made a mistake. In my opinion, the customer should always be treated with respect and fairness, especially in terms of customer service. It was disappointing that the staff did not handle the situation more professionally. It is not common for employees in the food service industry to expect customers to pay for mistakes like this.
The service was excellent, Kulbir was fantastic and extremely accommodating!

Ordered rice sweet onion teriyaki chicken. Rice was stale and gross and the chicken was chewy. The employees were careless and rude. I highly recommend not going to this location, food horrible, service just as horrible. Worst subway in Guelph.
