Pita Pit - Guelph

I am a frequent customer at pita pit for their salads but this is the worst location you can go to. I will drive the extra ten minutes to go elsewhere. They are extremely cheap and you don’t get anywhere close to your money’s worth. I had to practically beg for extra ingredients in which they told me i had to pay more but would do it ‘just this time so i come back’. Any other location I’ve been to just adds more when I’ve asked considering i only get three items in it. He also tried to tell me 3 oz of chicken costs him $12.75…. No need to lie… needless to say i won’t be going back there.

I’ve been here three times, mediocre at best. Very skimpy with toppings, double high plastic barriers make it so you have to yell your order. Asked for whole wheat and got white, every time. Cashier started the blender right beside the till right before asking for my order so it was impossible to hear me. Didn’t ask if I wanted grilled veggies so by the time I had the chance to ask, they were undercooked.

Very cheap people. I ask for cheese it's sprinkled.. meats very small portions.. they try to cut back and save money.. its actually disgusting. Makes you wonder where they get their veg and meat from. They even save on dips. Go to the north one the owners are so amazing and never cut back on stuff everythung is so fresh there. Never coming back here again. Gross

I generally love pitapit. I have been to this location before and that time pita was made perfect (Hot with sufficient toppings and perfectly grilled veggies . I think it was the owner who made our pita that day. This time around the person who was making pita put half the quantity of everything. I asked her to add extra and she added 3 more pieces of green pepper?? I asked the pita to be toasted and it was still cold when I took bite out of it. After paying $19 for 2 pita if you don’t get the satisfaction while eating it, then I think it’s time to look for another location of Pitapit. Server was friendly but definitely needs training on quantity/portion size and quality(properly grilled/toasted .
