Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Guelph

First time at this Dairy Queen location and their food and ice cream was delicious. They got my order right and perfectly done. Today Tuesday June 15th 2021 (8:47pm). Since the first time I came here, I have returned more than 10 times to do a purchase at this Dairy Queen store. I decided to provide the full 5 stars . I have ordered so many different options for my family or myself. They always get my order right and is so delicious. Their staff is always so friendly, polite and professional. Fully recommended

Not just ice cream, their burgers are very delicious! Lots of options, I like the Swiss Mushroom burger. The onion rings are also yummy although I prefer fresh mushrooms to ones from the can.

I saw the sign saying it was open so I stopped in for an oreo blizzard and it tasted great. However, I was using the DQ app on my phone and noticed that it said the store was closed. I showed the app to a couple employees thinking they'd be surprised and want to bring that to a manager or owners attention, possibly explaining why business was slow at 7 pm on a warm summer evening. Nope, they just smiled and went about chatting with other staff about non-work activities. If the sales were down for that night or week I might know why.

Very fast service and friendly staff. My wife had a medium chocolate shake and I had a strawberry shake. Delicious and done the we way we like it. Very thick.

I had great service from the staff. My son has a nut allergy and they told me they would be very careful making the cake. Still not being able to a gaurantee 100% because of their soft serve. But she put my mind at ease. At pick up they even helped me carry it into my car as I had 2 cakes.
