Mcdonald's -  Guelph,

The staff are frienfly enough. The finining area is poorly designed. The large outdoor patio is never furnished. The reson fo not furnishing the patio is that, a homeless shelter just up the street. It would be filled with homeless people. I wish there was a place for them too.

Best McDonalds experience of my life. Manager on duty tonight deserves a raise. Amazing service, even gave my cat 5 star service with her own pup cup. They were super nice and accommodating to our milkshake requests, I definitely feel like they got me at this McDonalds. 10/10 will be coming back again:

Gordon Street McDonald's in Guelph is a real busy location. There have been some times in the past that they are very shorthanded and struggle to meet the orders in a timely manner. Today the manager out front was courteous and efficient. He made sure that I had my morning coffee served right away.Parking: About parking for 40 vehicles

I ordered food, while I waited I overheard what should have been a private conversation. A supposed shift supervisor was asked about an employee not showing up for work. Instead of just saying she is not here he decided to say in a public place how unreliable and useless she is and allowed the the other 3 employees rip her apart. They talked about it loudly. Unprofessional and uncalled for in this situation. I can understand why she is not at work.

Nice clean and updated McDonald’s. I am pretty sure this one is the oldest in Guelph (correct me if I’m wrong) I came here when I was a toddler.The parking lot is super tight especially for people going into drive through. I’ve seen the line go out to the road.Inside is clean, well kept. Went for breakfast and ordered through kiosk. Everything was smooth as it should be.
