Great steaks, cooked well. Baby beef is a decent size of meat. Ribs are good size too! Comes with chips, salad, arepa on the side. Very reasonable prices!

Very nice food and relax atmosphere. We had the cazuela de marisco and chateaubriand. Super tasty. Very friendly and attentive waiter. Will definitely come back.

Food (quantity) for the price, service was excellent, and can’t forget about drinks, from their juices to their cocktails were great. We’ve been here two nights came for dinner both times.

I lived in Medellin for a year and now in Guatapé. Al Carbon has the best steak I have had in Colombia at a very reasonable price. The Baby Beef was more like a Filet Mignon. Cooked perfectly to a medium,great flavor. The fries were good,the salad also. Service from the owner Juan Camilo Giraldo was impeccable. I can’t believe I lived here for 10 months and just now tried Al Carbon. I am tellling all my friends. Can’t wait to go back and try the Costillas de Cerdo in sweet and sour sauce and the Trucha.
