Waba Grill - Guasti

Just had Waba Grill delivered to my house, and it was fantastic! The plate was packed with flavor, and the salad was fresh and tasty. A perfect, healthy meal option delivered right to my door. Will definitely be ordering from them again!Enjoy your meal!

5030 E 4th St, Ontario, CA 91764my review is for this particular location. I was there about a month ago and gave another tried.The restaurant is never clean, the tables are dirty and nobody walks out to clean it. Also when placing my order for rice bowl of chicken I have to wait for at least 20 minutes or longer, they take such a long time. Also the staff is not very friendly.They don 't say hi or anything, they just say your order Okay can you say something like Hello what would you like to order So rude!!!.also, the chicken did not taste good. and this is coming from someone who loves Waba Grill, I visit the ones all over Rancho, and always a good experience.To the manager: please keep the tables clean and talk to your staff to be more friendly to customers, I know they are busy but very rude

Seriously. Restroom only for customers? Poor customer service. They seen how urgent yet polite and respectable… not professional or caring.

Every time we come here they always say there’s no restroom that’s a health a safety code how are the workers gonna use the bathroom ?? Sign on the door looks like it’s been on there for a month in the other comment above mine he said he couldn’t use bath room with I’m here right now

Wouldn't let me used the restroom. We're also skimpy on there meat portions! Lady laughed when I told her I had nowhere to use the restroom being a ride share driver!
