Pizza Hut Express - Guasti

On 12/06/23 around 6/6:30pm Pizza was delivered in less than an hour, everything was hot and fresh! The Delivery Driver (I wish I had gotten his name) was so kind, he informed me they had messed up one of my two pizzas, so they made it again and sent the extra pizzas to me, so essentially I ended up with one free pizza which actually ended up being a huge blessing, TBH. I didn 't realize while I was grabbing the pizzas my three yr old son had grabbed a gift card and thought he could pay (like a CC) and he was so disappointed because I had unintentionally agreed to let him pay too . So I rushed out my door with him into the street where this sweet wonderful Delivery Driver was. He got out of the car and took the card from my son, gave it back and acted as if he 'd just paid. My 3yr old was SO proud and beaming. It 's truly the little things that make the biggest impact. I wish I had cash on me so I could have tip him extra because he really did go above and beyond, and I 'm so appreciative of his kindness. And the everything was tasty too!

Wait too long just only melted over 30 minutes some guy said 5 minutes and still wait then someone said 2 minutes and the staff let it customers wait don't say nothing

Service was sucky . Pizza was the quality of cardboard lol and they forgot my drink so they had to come back. And the delivery man knocked on my door obviously hard

I got the Meat Lovers Mt last night here. Actually bought a few and must say they are way off then what is advertised. Commercial made it look so good but once u got it nothing like expected. Very disappointed. On top of it we got boneless wings and were hard as a rock. Could have thrown them thru a window and watch them break it into a million pieces. Such a shame. Pizza Hut used to be the best pizza place around. Now it's in the dirt. This could have been better. My advise is hire people who care about the food not just someone who wants a paycheck.

Abby the store manager went above and beyond with my order. Pizza was at the perfect temperature and tasted great. Thank you so much.
