Kosuke Ramen - Guasti

Delicious vegetarian ramen. Just beware of the spice level if you get the ramen spicy. Mild is perfect, medium will make your nose runny, I haven't tried spicy but I'm sweating just think about it!They also play nothing but Modest Mouse which is an A+ in my book!!

Walking in, the smells and the feel of it just felt little restaurants in Japan. My husband, Son and I sat and ate, and reminisced on our time spent in Japan, the smiles and laughter all combined with flavors and memories of all we loved and enjoyed about our favorite country outside of America. We had found this place on Yelp, and walked in hoping for a good consultation restaurant, because our favorite place had a 2 hour wait! Now this is our favorite Japanese Restaurant in America. Thank you so much for an amazing meal and experience!

We found this place one morning while searching for brunch and let me say, it did not disappoint! The ramen broth is to die for! We ordered the fried rice, and chicken cutlet plate. All of it delicious. Highly recommend this place!

I had the nabeyaki udon. Food was really good. Had a lot of udon noodles in my soup. I enjoyed the broth and hot tea. Service was prompted and friendly. Would go back again.

First time here! From the start the service was great, the staff is very friendly. I ordered The Popcorn Chicken Ramen, so tasty perfect for a cold day. I loved the milk tea. I noticed it's less busy on weekdays but it's better the place is more peaceful. I would definitely come back to try more on their menu!
