Y Embajadoras - Guanajuato

We feed here every couple of months and always enjoy the salmon and Chamorro. Great terrace in the heat of summer. Good prices for food and drinks. If you come to the separate entrance for Hotel Embajadoras parking, there is no fee for the park.

Never stayed at the hotel. But went to the restaurant tonight after a rib eye. It was a perfect medium rare (for cooking inglesa. The masked potatoes papá pure was creamy and unbelievable, like the michelada and the service! Very recommended!!

Excellent service and beautiful outdoor seating. I've never been to the restaurant and had only drinks, but it's a really great atmosphere!

Had dinner at the restaurant just now and the food was excellent! We got the guacamole and enchiladas. The guacamole was a expertly prepared, and came with delicious home made corn chips. The enchiladas were topped with delicious root vegetables, sauteed in butter at the perfect consistency. The insides were delicious and served with a chicken breast on the side. I look forward to coming back here again!

The hotel and restaurant are both delightful. Owned by the same family for the past 63 years, the spirit of family and friendliness is evident in everything the staff do for their guests. The restaurant makes delicious food, the chilaquiles with red sauce being one of my favorites! The rooms are quaint and clean, and the whole feel of the hotel is nostalgic and bohemian. It’s a great place for the sought after Instagram pick, and the location relative to the city center is amazing! Do yourself a favor and stay here the next time you find yourself in Guanajuato!
