My fiancée dined at the Bottaio by the new management guys. We were only in 2 (it was a weekday) and they served us and revered to the great!! The very kind and competent waiter. Smile and nice and with great ways. We took Antipasto Flan of porcini and eggplant on fondue of cheese Excellent and abandoned. Primo Paccheri Gauncialie e asparagi Ottimi,Second of Strap inSilk of the day that was a butter!! You could have eaten it without teeth it was sown in the mouth and it was tanned very well having lost the typical wild taste of the hunter. Moreover since we have divided no every dish between us 2 there is they have already brought portions and divided into 2 plates and the added portions did much more than a normal portion. Very generous BRAVISSIMI!I would recommend only to serve a wine of the local house UMBRO and not VENETO MERLOT because it is more online I love alert with the format of the local. They also offered us bitter and coffee!
