I asked for a stopper and I was told they can’t pass those out to us anymore unless it’s a drive up order. I said OK do you have a sticker I can put over to keep it warm and not spill it. I was told no again those are for our drive up customers. I said drive up. You don’t have a drive-through? So how is it different from me being a walk up customer to calling in an order at target and coming and walking in and picking up my order from target with a Starbucks order connected, I’m confused! I think that’s poor customer service and I think it’s a ridiculous policy! So disappointed in Starbucks and target if that’s their policy
Worst customer serivce ever, second person in line and was skipped over twice because the two young people had an attitude. The third time I was looked over I stepped forward to order and was given attitude the entire order. Was not greeted, told they were out of cookies(which was fine) my drink they made was made incorrectly.
Got a VENTI dragon drink with super light ice and the man gave me a FULL VENTI CUP of ice with LESS than a SMALL of the actual drink. Asked him to FIX HIS MISTAKE I PAID FOR and he said no he refused to fix it without me buying a whole new drink again. Why would i purchase 2 drinks to have it made the right way it was ordered? Dont go early in the morning to this untrained non professional boy working.
FYI no drive-through It’s inside Target. Same great service.
