Sonic Drive-in - gton-Fayette

Every time I go through there something is wrong with the order. This time they didn't complete my order so I asked for a refund on what was missing. I was told that they couldn't refund it to my card that it would have to be cash the next time I come through. (What? ??? Not sure why they can't figure out how to refund it back. After telling the girl that I would NEVER be back to that location she proceeds to tell me that that's the only way she can do it. I told her that I would chalk it up as a loss and tell everyone. So here I am.

Now I just bought there and they forgot part of the order I ordered and when I came back to get it, which was supposed to be ready, the person at the window treated me aggressively and rudely and told me that I had to wait in line for everyone. For the rest, that is incorrect because I paid for my hot dog and they were the ones who forgot. I lost my money and did not revive my order. Lack of education and courtesy to the public. Lack of respect. The ambirguesas are poorly prepared. I do not recommend it at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They say “open 24 hours” on their website but will not take my order. The service seems like it’s only made up of the worst kind of people to exist in the planet. I’m sure they scraped the scum off of a pavement to create the people that work here. They refused to take our order because their system was “down” but we were already waiting in line for 20 min so their absolute disregard to our patience makes them unbearable. They prepare the food like they have only thumbs and two left hands and one brain cell.

Great fast food, good location, and friendly staff.
