My delivery take 2:30 hours to get to my place ! Wheelchair accessibility: Why if they don’t do it delivery to this address., why the take my orden ? they charge tips?

I order regularly from Papa Johns and understand sometimes mistakes happen. I called to let the store manager know that our pizza pick up order wasn’t right/cooked properly. He acted like he didn’t want to improve his stores quality and wasn’t accommodating in any way. I didn’t even ask for a refund or any discount. Rude customer service from management and staff.

DON 'T ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They don 't care about their customers. My entire pizza was missing from order and I was talked down to and promised a refund by 2 managers . I never saw a dime. Disgraceful.

They have really good pizza deals but sometimes they don’t take a Lotta effort making the pizza and don’t put the cheese all the way to the edge sometimes they don’t cook it all the way or they overcook it they have a good dessert as long as they don’t overcook them
