J2c Asian Bistro - gton-Fayette

I came here last year and before that, the food was excellent! Now is soo comercial, everything feels downgraded! I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

This pad thai was unlike any I have ever had before...the chicken seemed not all the way cooked so I ended up eating only 2 pieces of it and there so many vegetables in it that it completely took away the fact that I was eating pad thai.

If you like well prepared Asian food with generous portions, served by smiling faces then you need to visit the new J2C Bistro in Lexington. I suspect there is new ownership as the menu has changed. Sadly some of my favorites are gone, the beef ho fun with scallions was one of my favs, BUT there’s new and interesting dishes that are equally yummy to take its place! I had the beef and eggplant and it was amazing. Their egg rolls spring rolls are hand rolled in house. My new fav Asian bistro! Kid-friendliness: Well behaved children were seated next to me

Don't pay attention to any reviews before 2024!There is new ownership and they have turned it into the worst version of mall Chinese food.

This restaurant was a real surprise...the food is very good and quickly prepared. The ambiance is positive; a very clean place. The prices are reasonable and there are menu choices that I had not encountered in other Asian restaurants. I recommend some experimentation, therefore. You won't regret it. My wife and I have been back several times.
