Papa Johns Pizza In Cov - gton

Absolutely horrible, worse experience I've had in a while. Went to the app and tried for 30 minutes to order and the app wasn't working. I went to the restaurant and they wouldn't let me place an order at the window. Over 2 hours later and no pizza, I went somewhere else. Not sure if the horrible service trend is going to continue, but I won't be back to this location.

I came to KFC today at 10:13pm since it's open till 11pm however no one ever came to the speaker to take my order so i drove to the window and i can see a women cleaning and i again tried to catch her attention by honking my horn and she never looked up she just ignored it. I will no longer be coming to this establishment!!!

Have ordered for delivery many times. Always on time and the food is delicious.

After waiting 45mints this is what we received see picture i posted $22 dollar with delivery seriously. I called the store manager wants us to bring the pizza back for her to see. Refuse to redeliver the pizza and wanted me to pay 50% again to get the order again

Me personally I don't like Papa johns..... It was for my son! He love it
