Nice server, food good. Clean and comfortable. A OKAY for a tasty burger.

Food was messed up and my chicken was gross I got a salad that was so much better

Went there yesterday, burger was perfectly cooked, fries were hot and fresh, but above all i am amazed by the service, my server was a black guy, i don't remember his name, but he was very professional, he latterly red my mind every time i wanted something and he brought it right away. you got my 5 stars

The service was good. The food tasted good but both my husband and I are violently ill now with diarrhea. We have never had a problem with red robin before. We usually go to the red robin at the outlet mall but we were at the doctors office across the street earlier because I am pregnant. Red robbins was the only thing that we ate today. About half way through with my sandwich, I wasn't feeling to great, so I boxed the rest up. I called the manager to let him know. He told me that he will let the gm know. He was really nice. I just was hoping that he will make sure that the cook washes his hands, because both my husband and I had ordered different sandwiches. The only thing that was the same was the bottomless root beer floats.

I have come to this location 4 times the first time i went the food was amazing ,second and third time our plates were dirty and had slow service ,this last time we never ate because after placing our order and waiting 50 mins ,we decided we had enough ! Im done with red robin
