Mcdonald's In Lex - gton

Worst McDonald’s ever! Terrible service terrible people. They don’t know how to work any of the coupons and when they can’t figure it out they act like it’s your fault and make you pay for it.

Absolute insanity had to wait half an hour for a McDouble, a McChicken, and a Fry not very difficult. I patiently waited while numerous employees stood about, they had forgotten my McChicken but so ready to leave I didn’t think to check my bag. I sincerely hope something changes with this place so I can get some decent food and service instead of getting robbed by incompetent employees!

Inside or drive either one you get the same nasty attitude with lots of sarcasm go down the rode to hardees it's a much better place

This is unacceptable first they didn't place my order right in the drive-through because I only asked for one cheeseburger with no pickles and they gave me two cheeseburgers with no pickles. They did not listen to me. And then my order was supposed to come with a 10 piece chicken nugget and they gave me six where the other four chicken nuggets I haven't even started eating them. I'm so pissed. I didn't even eat my chicken nuggets because I only have six and not 10. The people in the window was very rude and the lady gave me open honey packets and I asked for different ones and she said those are the only ones we have, but they were open and all stuck together. this is not the kind of service I want and this is unacceptable. I would not recommend this McDonald's.

Service was good . Wasn't to thrilled about the TM who brought out the meal telling someone she gave her 2 weeks' notice. Perception is everything . Otherwise, everything else was good
