Joe's Pizza Wings In Torr - gton

My experience on Mother’s Day was terrible today. My cousin ordered wings about 2 hours ago, but they were delivered to the wrong address in a different town. The owner of the house in Harwinton received a call from a neighbor over 45 minutes ago about food left outside his house. The neighbor kindly brought the wings to us over 45 minutes after they were dropped off, but they were frozen by then. We tried to eat them, but some were inedible. When my cousin spoke to someone claiming to be the owner, they refused to refund her for their mistake and insisted on returning the cold wings to the store before receiving anything. My cousin, who is a regular customer and a new mother, was met with unprofessional and argumentative behavior from the person claiming to be the owner on Mother’s Day. I cannot believe that someone like that is in charge. My cousins are now on their way to return the order to the store, but I am sure they are encountering difficulties. The wings may be good, but no one in Torrington should support a business that operates in such a disrespectful manner.

I believe the restaurant is quite good and the staff are really friendly. The food is delicious and reasonably priced as well.
