I really enjoyed the flavors, unique and delicious dishes, I really cleaned my plates. I had peach burrada as the appetizer, Thai shrimp as a mid course, and scallops as a main entree. I was particularly blown away by the sauce of the Thai shrimp. They served it with a spoon and I ate it after I finished the shrimp like a soup. Fantastic! The service was friendly and attentive. We will be back!

July 2024: This is a terrific place to dine before the Marlboro Festival. Its small with just a handful of tables. The Folly salad is terrific. The gnocchi was very good. The rack of lamb was also good but a tad overdone.

Some the better food and service in the valley without question!! They understand and are qualified to execute the makings of a great meal. timing of courses, greeting and overall attentiveness could be a focus of room for improvement. The overall experience is/was enjoyable. but to be honest the shortcomings are not conducive to the caliber of type of establishment and price point.

My boyfriend and I dined at Folly for new years eve. It was an exceptional experience the food was delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is lovely. Highly recommend!

This is a small, intimate restaurant run by a husband and wife team. He cooks and she handles the front of the house expertly. The courses are well spaced giving you time to relax between servings. I had the duck which sat on a small bed of arugula with thinly sliced candy cane beets, and apples with a light cherry sauce. It was excellent. My husband had a pasta dish which he thoroughly enjoyed. We shared a cheese plate and Thai shrimp to start. They were both well prepared and artfully presented. It was more food then we normally eat but since we don’t know when we’ll have the chance to eat here again, was well worth it! Oh, the wine list is extensive for such a small place.
