Bidrage med feedbackLove the cranberry bagels. Staff is very friendly, but if you want to order cranberry bagels, the app doesn't have them available. And I tried calling from when they open for about 2 hours to preorder them. I was told the reason they don't answer the phone, not enough staff. Their corporate office is even worse. No replies to my email. And they don't answer the phone and mailbox was full. I only go there once a month since September 2023. The restaurant is clean. They only have one unisex bathroom. They have dining in. And there is a Starbucks next door. So you can grab a bagel and get a coffee at the same time. Not a lot of parking. And the spaces are tight. I believe there are two handicap spots. I would recommend them. They did make me fresh cranberry bagels one time. Took about 20 minutes. Only thing I didn't know I needed to keep the box open until they cooled. They turned out rubbery and deformed. So if they are out and they can make them for you, don't hesitate to ask, nothing better than fresh hot bagels!
The service at Einstein Bros was terrible. The workers seemed miserable and uninterested in their job, speaking to us with annoyance. The tables were dirty with crumbs. It was my first time trying Einstein Bros, and I'm disappointed with the experience. I will not be returning.
Everything was fine except the app. I had a challenge adding my city to my online purchase info. I had to change it for it to accept it.
Recently tried this place. I love it! So much better than Tim hortons bagels and that was my go to.
This branch is the right example for terrible customer service. The employee who was taking our order and making our bagels was speaking with us like she was doing us a favor and that we had forced her to come in to work. Hygiene while making the bagels was also subpar. I love Einstein bagels, but this is a branch I will definitely be avoiding from now on.
