Food was served cold and Gretel was dismissive and rude.

I ordered my food and made sure it was a veggie box. I took three bites and realized that it was MEAT and Im vegan. I called the store. They did give me my money back, but that’s so disappointing how you guys just ignore peoples dietary preferences so easily. When I went up there, she didn’t wanna address me in any type of way. She just gave me my money and was like sorry about that. I can give you different food if you want. I LOVE Taco Bell but now I feel like I can’t trust it to go back. This was very disappointing.
