Dairy Queen Store In K - gsville

Horrible service, no sense of urgency, their boss was there while all this was happening and she wasn't wearing a ball cap but was in the back area, there was a 5yr old child also there with a lady in pajamas who were also close to the back area. The employees obviously have no respect for their boss or she doesn't care to allow this to happen. They had us park in the front and never brought us out our meals. 4 cars went by and left before I got down to get it myself and they had it sitting behind the counter and when they saw me they quickly grabbed it like they were going to walk it out to me. There was only 1 large fey and the others were the wrong size. My son is 6'2 and he always finishes his meals. He said the burger was off like if something was done to it or an old patty so he didn't finish it

I was traveling to Mexico and went to the DQ in Kingsville TX and I've ner experienced such poor customer service in my life. The Nevaeh (pregnant) girl was the rudest person that I've ever met. I will never ever revisit this DQ.

Total and complete dump of a place ...literally! Mens bathroom has been flooding from the toilet so long that the walls, doors, and surrounding floors are molded. Tiles missing on floor so decided to use the women's, and it wasn't much better. Was afraid to eat here and only purchased a bottled water. Yuck

The mobile app never works? I have been trying to use it for 2 years.

Good but is a bit pricey. It cost the same as a sit down restaurant. Wait time is always way too long.
