Good: very tasty rosti with cheese and pickles, very good roast beef with sauces and french fries. bad: the restaurant was very cold, people at the nearby table had a grill on the table that made so much smoke that even the waiter came and opened the door, but it was too late and we stank at the end of the day as if we had grilled in the forest, I was not impressed by the dessert. in all commercials they see the cream pour over the fruits, but in our case the double cream was stiff. I had to use a teaspoon. this could be a good choice in summer when fruits are sweet. it is a good restaurant, how to eat, in the back it has a beautiful balcony with tables and a magnificent view when they get in the gruyeres rooms they discounted from their bill.

We discovered this place today with our family and were very well served. Great service, great food and very nice wine selection. This establishment is managed by a young and dynamic couple. Will man etwas Ruhe und den vom Museums und Schlossbesuch müden Füssen etwas Erholung gönnen, so ist die Terrasse ideal dafür geeignet. Man sitzt bei schöner Aussicht etwas ab vom stetigen Touristenstrom. Wir bestellten eins der typischen Plättli mit Käse und Wurst aus der Gegend, ein Gläschen Wein dazu - perfekt. Die nette und freundliche Bedienung tat ein übriges, um den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu machen.

Visit this restaurant was like an international competition for short attention spans; it was like an interview with dory the fish of finding nemo. the waitresses, although surely nice enough, forget what we wanted. we ordered a fondue for and they brought one, and the flame under the fondue went out and ground what was left when it was lit again. the fonduebrot was really nothing great. we had to ask for the cornichons and wobbles (the standard rates should be for each fondue meal). we ordered liter water and got a demo-litre; then had to ask for the next demo-liter. we ordered chocolate ice cream and got vanille. we ordered tee and coffee and they never came. for that they have reimbursed us. the food was mediocre. the ambiente is ok, with a super sweet entrance to the square. but I wouldn't go back.

Probably the best cost quality fondue and raclette in the Swiss. super good and big enough. we were friends and ordered fondues (basic and truffle) and raclette, more than enough for all with beer and wine. the raclette contains free refill of cheese and kartoffeln. definitiw recommended.
