Bidrage med feedbackI never had Jerry's before until a coworker recommend it. First sandwich I had was very delicious and I was surprised how big it was. It was a regular fat daddy, there is large size also . I enjoyed Jerry's from then on and I keep coming back. I would most definitely recommend trying Jerry's.
My friend and I were going to go to Big Bite next door but decided to give Jerry's a try instead. We ordered a large plain pizza. They cut a large into 12 pieces so we both had 6 pieces and it really hit the spot. I enjoyed the red pepper and Italian seasoning shakers that they have on the side, and the peppercinis. I like my crust doughy so will probably go to Big Bite next time, but the pizza was still good overall!
Was a little worried when I saw some of the reviews but my cheesesteak was very good. The service was good also. It took about 5 minutes to be ready. A little more expensive than I remember but the price of beef has gone up. I was sad when they closed the Jerry's on route one near Kings Hwy but this location is still open.
First off, the delivery was impressively fast, arriving well within the standard 45-minute window. When I opened the food, I was astounded by the size of the sandwich—it was massive! Instead of a regular can of soda, they provided a proper cup filled with ice. The potato wedges came with about five packets of ketchup, and even though the brownie looked small, it was packed with gooey, melted chocolate. It felt more like a melted chocolate experience than a traditional brownie. They even included a straw and napkins. All in all, this was a fantastic meal for the price and could have easily served as two meals—but I couldn't resist and ended up finishing it all. Now, I’m bracing myself for a food coma! A few days later, after returning from spending time with family during Easter Weekend, I found my condo mostly empty of food, so I decided to order from Jerry's again. This time I went with the Tuesday Combo, which happened to be quite similar to the Thursday Combo—a Pepper Jack Cheesesteak Combo with wedge fries and a drink. I chose a Diet Coke and added another brownie to the order. The driver arrived even before the estimated time and was very courteous. Once again, the food was hot and delicious, and the sandwich was just as large as I remembered. Plus, there were plenty of napkins and ketchup. In a final update, I decided to try a medium-sized pizza from Jerry's, despite the mixed reviews I had read. I ordered one topped with mushrooms, anchovies, and sliced jalapeños, along with a cookie. The pizza arrived in a reasonable time and was piping hot. I opted to eat the cookie first, and while it was good, it didn’t quite compare to the brownies. As for the pizza, I enjoyed it overall, but I realized I wasn’t thrilled with the type of anchovies they used—they just didn’t suit my taste. Still, the pizza was satisfying, and I had plenty of leftovers for both dinner and breakfast. Next time, I think I'll skip the anchovies, but I won’t deduct any points for that, as it’s more about personal preference than quality. It was worth trying something new, even if it didn’t work for me this time.
I hadn't had Jerry's in a long time, so today I decided to treat myself. While my boyfriend was busy playing his video game, I took a beautiful picture of my meal and sent it to him, and he came running up from the basement! My daughters and I absolutely loved that sub sandwich—we devoured it! It was almost too gorgeous to eat at first. Thanks, everyone!
