The chicken and rice dressing was so dry I had to drink a lot of water. The potato salad and coleslaw was good. I paid over $14.00 for something I had to throw in trash. Won't go back.

The chopped brisket is so good ! Friendly service and reasonable price for all the meat they put on the sandwich. Have to treat myself sometimes.

I am a retired chef tried their bbq on Nov 11 2021 tried all of their smoked meats. The meats were very tender and heavily smoked.Unfortunately over priced. This was a three meat plate with two extra sides of chicken $27.00 The next day I tried their chicken and sausage gumbo Nov 12 2021. Waited fifteen minutes for the gumbo and no one in front of me. I was a past winner of the gumbo cook off at the Port Arthur civic center and I can honestly tell you for $16.00 for a quart was the most disappointing gumbo I had ever had for the price. It literally was 80 percent rice terrible unflavored gumbo juice (very light unflavored roux )maybe 2ounces of chicken and the worst unflavored cheapest sausage they could buy. All in all dont spend $16.00 for a quart of this junk. How may cans of cambells soup can you get for the same price with most of it cents on the dollar rice.

U thought I was buying 2 homemade links but it was zummo sausage. I paid 17.34 for 2 zummo sandwiches and fries. I asked if the links was homemade and he said yes. Very disappointed. I will never return.
