Market Basket - Groves

Very upset that as often i go to my local market basket that i was Never informed of loyalty points being discontinued and so i lost my points now

I stopped in while visiting from out of town. I didn't have a loyalty card and asked about using someone else's card. The checker, Sugar, refused to let me use any other persons card and stated it was against the rules. She was very rude. Not a good way to represent her employer. I visit often but her rudeness cost the store a customer.

Across the street, always great service, super friendly and helpful employees

I grew up using Market Basket I was probably four or five when mr. Thompson about that store in groves on Lincoln. I have always used Market Basket and I always will they take care of me just as if he was still alive. I miss the boss.

Curbside is prompt and many slots are available..usually the same day.
