This place sucks. I order online at 8pm tracker shows out of over at 9pm and should arrive at 907pm. It finally shows delivered at 930 but nothing was ever delivered. So I call the store to ask for a refund but as usual I sit on hold for 20+ mins. I end up having to get dressed and drive up there just to get a refund because no one would answer the phone. As I’m standing at the counter waiting on a refund, 2 guys come out from the back. The pizza I watched them pull out was burnt. They offer no apology and act as if it’s no big deal. This place’s customer service is as bad as it gets!!!!

I ordered pizza for dinner an never got it. I call an get told goods on way . NOT ! My good showed by trAcker to be sitting in quality Check for over 40 minutes. Then I get told it will be another 40 minutes. At this point it’s been 1 hour an 40 minutes. I demanded a refund. I have always ordered from them but no more!

Ordered pizza online. Picked up pizza at 9:38 when ready. Got home and pizza not correct. Been calling no answer. And they are open til midnight. Drive over there while still on hold. Drive to drive up window I said what time do you close midnight he said. Then why don't you answer the phone. Well we don't answer after 10 pm he said. They need to post that somewhere! And make the pizzas right the first time. Doesn't look like they are busy at this time.
