KFC - GROVEDALE

The service was unbelievably rude and the staff seemed incompetent. I had to go back three times just to get my order correct. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

If they order something here, it's not so hard to read the board and put everything in the box. I'm not good enough, please just get the order complete, please

Just your basic KFC. Nothing you’ve not seen before. Usually a bit slower. Just your basic chicken from down south of the USA .

Have gone in a few times in the past few months and service is always fast and if they get a meal wrong they immediately get it fixed and sometimes even give you extras. Staff are always friendly and can talk to you like a...friend.

This quick meal was extremely disappointing. We don't often eat fast food unless necessary or when we want a break from cooking. I wish we had cooked at home because the chicken was overcooked and bland.
