Drive through AI wasn 't working so they had one person manning the drive thru 9:15pm yesterday . This person was clearly high as a kite, multiple times being surprised that someone is talking to me! via the order intercom while yelling in surprise. A total of one order was taken in 10 minutes while cars piled up behind and the dude on the coms decided to start flirting with the person ordering you 're one very beautiful woman, you know that? . I thought we were being punked it was so far out in left field. I exited the line because the car in front of me was STILL not getting served only one line was apparently connected to said drugged individual . When I drove around the restaurant I saw a person just chilling on their phone waiting for paying customers in the line of which none were being served and no less than 5 employees laughing it up inside while serving no one. Usually I get good service here, but last night was WILDLY bad service.

There's a robot at the line that takes your ordiur and his breath smells like rust I smell Ed it through the Speak er)

Need to fix 2nd Lane service board. Employees said its been broken for 2 years now.

Damn AI ordering is a joke. Can’t understand half the stuff you say and makes the drive thru line extremely slow. Somebody needs fired for this bone head decision.
