Fat Eddy's Bq - Grove City

We spent a weekend in Grove City and were excited to try out this restaurant. We were seated quickly and the server promptly took our drink and appetizer order. The burnt ends appetizer was tasty, as were the chicken wings my wife ordered. However, I was disappointed with the 3 meat platter I ordered, which included brisket, smoked turkey, and ribs. Unfortunately, none of the meats were good. The beans and onion rings as side dishes were enjoyable, but the brisket was dry and flavorless, the ribs were average, and the turkey was very dry. Thankfully, the BBQ sauce provided on the side helped improve the taste. The beer was inexpensive and the service was excellent, but the food was a letdown.

I ordered the large pretzel and a fish sandwich at this restaurant and they were both delicious. The quality of the food was excellent and the portion size for the price was very generous. The flavors were amazing and the service was top-notch. Our waitress, Kate, was very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

I arrived just before closing time and was pleasantly surprised by the sweet server who happily served us. The barbecue at this restaurant is the best I've had in a while, and the baked beans were amazing. I was impressed by the homemade salad dressing as well. I can't recommend this place enough - the food was delicious! I will definitely return if I am in the area again. yum!

Kinda pricey. I got a Mac and cheese bowl with some pulled pork on top. For 18 dollars there could have been a better portion of meat. Maybe a cup? Maybe less? All I know was there was far more pasta. If not for the extra scallions on top it would have been a bland experience. Typical bar restaurant kinda place with a pleasant server. Maybe the higher priced plates would have more meat.

Dinner was amazing, as usual... We're not there a lot as we live in Erie but we always look forward to lunch or dinner here. I've worked most of my life in customer service and I LOVE to praise people that deserve it. Our waitress, Callie, was FANTASTIC! Callie was very personable, pleasant, knowledgeable, asked what we liked and made suggestions, and always had a smile. Dinner was GREAT and the sauce she suggested was perfect! If Callie were my daughter, I'd be so proud and if she were my employee, I'd give her a raise! She's a gem and a great waitress!!! I hope you share this with her. Great job Callie!
