Cold Stone Creamery - Grove City

This is a cold stone, but nothing special about this one. Small store that is usally dirty in the seating area. There is also very little seating inside, 5 or 6 small tables with 2 seats. On a recent trip the coolers are so loud it makes it difficult to sit inside. The sodas on display are extremely faded because they are that old. That is considered food storage and is a health code violation. No seating outside, and the garbage outside is usually full because people have to sit out on the curb in the parking lot. All the employees have been great, it's just the store needs professional attention.

Fans with the recessed lights could cause issues for those susceptible to seizures. But the ladies behind the counter are on the ball, respectful, and efficient at their craft. As always the ice cream is great, can’t really screw that up I guess.

So I ordered a cake, and honestly, this was the first time ordering at this location and as you can see I didn't like the writing on the cake I just felt like whoever did this didn't care. They offered me a refund and still , to this day, haven't gotten one. I called and called to speak with the manager, who offered me the refund. But conveniently is never there when I call. And has not returned any of my msg.

The worker purposely shut the lights off and the door was locked when we got out of our car at 9:05p, although on the window and website it said they closed at 9:30p.

Place was super busy but the young ladies where working hard. Got a peanut butter milkshake. Was very good
