Burger King - Grove City

I visited the dining area to place my order, but I was completely ignored and no one took my order. The drive-thru wasn’t busy on April 8, 2023, at 9 AM. This is the second time this has happened to me. Frustrated, I walked out and went to McDonald's instead. I won't be returning; I've been a loyal customer, dining there twice a week, and now I feel like I've been lost as a valued customer.

I ordered a double cheeseburger, but it wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. The fries were equally cold. The young man at the drive-thru should have tied his hair back since he was handling food. Additionally, I didn't receive a receipt. Overall, my experience in Grove City was very disappointing.

I had to wait 21 minutes for my food, which was really frustrating. A guy came in and placed his order about 10 minutes after I did, yet he received his meal before I did. He spent the entire time chatting with the staff, and it seemed they prioritized making his order over mine. The employees, who looked quite young, really need to understand the purpose of their job—it’s not a social hour. To make things worse, they were goofing off in the back, throwing bread at each other like they were in a game of dodgeball.

Vanilla shake was good. Fries only warm and too much bun for burger. It is what it is.

Went to the drive through around 8pm to get a quick bite to eat order chicken fries and 2 burgers, I’ve been puking and s ng in my bathroom for the past 3 hours with food poisoning. This location needs shut down and sued from all the bad reviews I just read!
