Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Groton

I won't pretend I wasn't a little stressed when it comes to popeyes, as I grew up in his home state and loved her huh. this place is not different. I was on other places that are not very busy and the huh can sometimes reflect, but my time to visit this place in groton, offered me fresh spicy chicken and hot sides. there was no waiting at all and the employee at the window was friendly and pleasant to work. if you didn't try popeyes yet, I would recommend the spicy bones in dark meat and the kartoffels with engraving. when stripes are more their speed, they try the bajo bbq, it is spicy and tasty. the sweet tee is also a southern comfort and recommended.

No one in the line. I hastened when I said they were out of a product again and had to change my order. only once from 5 was the service acceptable, which is also acceptable then not the standard they should strive for. I will receive more fulfillment from this assessment, then I will be given by its institution.

30 minute wait on fresh chicken. Napkins, cutlery, and lids on top of sides missing. That's pretty sad and disturbing. This location was great when it first opened. What happened?Restaurant Brands International needs to step in and take a look at this location because something is seriously ? wrong here.

I went to popeye's for lunch and wanted something quick before I had to go back to work. I've been here in the past and I must say it wasn't the greatest and this was about 4 months ago but today I was shocked. The drive through is small and gets pack quick so I decided to see if it was open to the public and to my surprise its was. I was greeted instantly by the store manager. I ordered 5 tenders a side and a drink and I ate my lunch there. The manager who I cant remember his name asked how my meal was and I replied very delicious. We got to talking and I was just amazed on how kind he was. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. I will definitley be visiting that store again.

This Popeyes location was good when they first opened which wasn’t even that long ago. Orders are never correct now and just lazy. My chicken sandwich had a dry tender on it instead of the usual chicken. For the price, this location simply isn’t worth the staff not caring whether you get what you paid for or not.
