Dunkin' - Groton

I am not a big fan of coffee and my choice of donuts is limited to a simple glazed stick, so I'm not as enthusiastic as many Rhode Island farmers. However, due to its numerous locations in Southern New England, it can be a convenient option at times.

I ordered a toasted cheddar bagel twist and a coconut milk coffee with butter pecan flavor, and it was delicious.

I go here sometimes because coffee is relatively cheap compared to most other places, but you get what you pay for. Sandwiches are soggy and poorly constructed (cheese is supposed to be on the INSIDE of the sandwich, not melted all over the outside No straw made the refresher drink not as refreshing.

I usually go here, as most days I know, which workers I will make my drinks/food and that they do it right. this day it was not done right and the girl in the window tried to correct me when I noticed that my drink was not made right that it looks the same. she was overly rude and obviously she was not on being there

We decided to go inside the restaurant because we needed to use the restroom. My wife went to place an order, but the employees were just standing around talking amongst themselves. After waiting for a few minutes, one of them finally said hello. The person who appeared to be the manager (as she was the only one giving orders) came out and said that someone would assist us shortly. Meanwhile, there were other employees running back and forth through the drive-thru. Eventually, the man with the cash register approached us and said he would be with us in a moment after counting the money. My wife waited as the manager finished counting the money and then walked away. She then proceeded to touch all the food items with her dirty hands, which she had just used to count the money. She then directed one of the workers to help us in the drive-thru area. After waiting for a while, another employee finally took our order. However, their customer service skills were lacking as they did not speak and just stared at my wife until she had to ask if they were ready to take our order. The coffee we ordered tasted terrible, like dirt, so we ended up throwing it away.
