La Ghera - GROSSETO

I went to eat with my family two nights: the first meat eaten, cheeses, pici, fillet and other, all delicious, compliments to the kitchen and the waitres very kind! the second night we took the pizzas but I didn't feel good, we asked if we could take them away and so it was: eating after, I can say that they were exceptional, really good and rich in ingredients, especially not expensive for what is there. a plausion to the waitress who was so worried about the state of health. I find myself saying that the place is beautiful, not big but very intimate and everyone does their things without screaming or anything! definitely recommended and I had to go back to the big part, I would definitely come back!

Pizza really great, to try! good prices and friendly staff. It was a shame not to have tried other specialties.

I suppose this place felt asleep recent years or was just used for pranzo lavoro as a side business of the bar . However it seems that a young crowd has rediscoverded the spirit of original Tuscan Trattoria and converted this place to a real gem: nice decor, good service and excellent meals. They offer menu fisso for 13€ and another menu speciale for 18€. I like that the menu follows the old Tuscan style of offering primi e scondi almost same prices (which has totally been lost in most other places). Absolutely worth even a longer trip to make this unique experience! Come in and find out!
