They won't even let you wash your hands. No public restroom. Just go to another location.

Horrible customer service food aweful. Manager Dana needs to talk a class in Management.

It’s 5 people here to work but no one’s doing nothing and talking more then making orders and having all the door dash orders behind because your staff is too old to be working it’s right. Also the black older lady at the front has a big attitude problem and doesn’t have any customer service skills….Hire people who can do the job and not laying around the corner’s because they feet hurt and old do better or shut down. Being a door dash shows you how companies care about online customers and the true customer service,I won’t service this location

Great service, but the pizza was too light on cheese and sauce at your Grosse Pointe location. It was remade, and sadly, I am disappointed by the lack of quality compared to years past.After years of enjoying your pizza, it may be time for me to move on.
