Sweeties Ice Cream Candy

I went here with my Fiancé and thought it would be nice and sweet, but it was by means very far from it. The customer service was disappointing and rude, I 'm not asking for a fake smile and how do you do? , but it was uncomfortable when I greeted the cashier, how are you and blatantly ignored my question then proceeded to ask me WhaT dO you waNt? The ice cream was good and I love supporting local business whenever possible, but GP Sweeties does not truly value their customers.

The Exhausted Parent ice cream they get in at times is one of my favorites of all time! I went there recently with friends to try it and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed even though FB Google Maps hours said open. That was very frustrating. The next time I called to check their hours and the lady who answered the phone was not very friendly. I would only go here if I'm in the area. I won't make a special trip again.

My first time at this shop. The staff member told about the most asked for flavor. I forgot the name, but the name had Whiskey in it. I sat outside WOW THIS FLAVOR is KRAZAH. I now have a new favorite flavorShe said they run out of it a lot

I love Sweeties. However, the hours aren't practical at all! It seems silly to close an ice cream shop so early in the evening- especially in the summer! I wish they'd change or extend their hours. 5 stars for ice cream, 2 for convenience!!

This is a great establishment. The store is fun and eclectic and appeals to both adults and children. Everything we've tried has been a hit. Neither my children nor I have ever felt disrespected or ignored in this establishment, to the contrary, we have always felt welcomed and appreciated with every visit and the kids always want to come back. They serve excellent products with a smile and a winning attitude.
